Donâ??t go. I went one time and it was ok. I first tried to get my 3 yr old to go up and play on the huge slide. As we were climbing to the top we both go trampled by other bigger kids. My daughter refused to go any further out of fear. So we went to the â??babyâ?? area where her sister plays. She loved it. The 2nd time we went we went right to the baby area to play only to get yelled at in front of everyone to get out because my daughter is not a baby. The other parents even told me to stay but I was embarrassed. The arrogant manager would not even listen to me and treated me like a child. I tried explaining my daughter is scared of the bigger kids but he didnâ??t care. If your kids are fearless and on Ritalin then this is the place for them. If they are timid and shy it will just shove them right back into their hole and keep them there. Definitely not a place for a protective 1st time parent.

Nice place, the kids had fun - but they tried to charge me $30 for a 1, 3, & 5 yr. old for two hours left of play time. Without time to think and the kids already with their shoes off I paid, to only find out they didn't charge my friend the 10 bucks for her 1 yr. old. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Wish they didn't charge so much for the lil' guy!!

My three girls (5,6 & 9) love the Treehouse! Coffee is great!

We love the treehouse!!! I know owner Michele Balaka from the Michigan Location and she is super nice. She put in all the extras that beat out the competition...For moms - unobstructed view of the play area, sofas, a great menu, magazines and for the kiddos brio trains, dress up, books, balls. For big kids and grown ups a pool table. And best of all the Tree House is super clean - every hand is sanitized and the play structure is cleaned 2x per hour. I've never seen anything like it.

I am a member at the TreeHouse the staff made us feel very welcome-we love them all-we call your place the Sanctuary! endless cups of coffee were devine...

excellent place to take the kids to play.

I wouldn't bother going to the TreeHouse in Lake Zurich.
