Their quality has gone down hill recently for whatever reason. I was once there for my child's appointment, and was ignored in the waiting room for over 2 hours! I was on time, just to be clear. They did not apologize even when they noticed the problem! Our recent visit was equally frustrating in that they did not listen to my recount of my child's illness, and insisted that it is a "harmless" childhood disease (which is prevalent for 5-14 year olds, when mine is only 3). What's worse, since the child was obviously having issues (running a high fever (103), and coughing very hard, running nose), they said that he had multiple ailments. How ingenious. I will have to switch to another place.
