Home of the Bulls and the Blackhawks, not to mention scores of shows and events, the United Center opened its doors in 1994.
The Center offers a fun, interactive, and educational tour of its state-of-the-art 20,000 seat arena, including the press level, the organ room and the scoreboard control room, the lower level of suites, and the 100 level concourse. If scheduling permits, you will also see the visiting NBA locker room, located on the Service Level. Tours are offered Mon-Fri from 10am-3pm, during the summer.
Ticket prices for Bulls and Hawks sports events range from $15-$450.
Fandemonium is the offical team store at the United Center. Check here if you're looking for Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls items. The store is located on the Main Concourse at section 117-118, phone 312.455.7600. Store hours are every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm, event schedules permitting.
The arena gates normally open 60-90 minutes prior to event time.
Ticket information/Will Call is located at Gate 4. Tickets may be purchased with cash, American Express, MasterCard, or Visa, or call TicketMaster 312.559.1212.
Advance tickets are available at the Gate 4 box office as well as advance ticket windows on the 300 Level concourse. The box office windows are only open during events until intermission ends.

getting there:
Coming from the North: Take 90 East to the Madison Street exit and make a right onto Madison Street. The building is on your left. Coming from the South: Take 55 north to the Damen/Ashland exit and make a left, going northbound for approximately 7 minutes. The building is on your right. The #19 Stadium Express bus offers direct service from North Michigan Avenue and along Madison Street downtown (limited stops). Please be aware that CTA Bus Route #19 (which provides service to the United Center for Bulls, Hawks, and special events) has been renamed the United Center Express. Formerly this route was known as the Stadium Express.
