The unusual packaging and presentation may even get them excited about trying new things. This is the place to go for hard-to-find ingredients for Indonesian, Korean, Filipino, Japanese, and Thai dishes. There's also fresh produce, bakery items, snacks, herbs, and meat and seafood, in varieties not widely available elsewhere. A smaller outlet of the store recently opened in the Midtown Global Market and orders can also be placed online. In addition to foodstuffs, the store sells attractive dishes (many of which are made to look like porcelain but are unbreakable!), gift items, and kitchenware - and it's a great place to find unusual treats and decorations for school events, birthday parties, and lunch boxes, especially now that there's also a large "dollar" section!
