Offering Central Florida's largest maple wood skating floor, Universal Entertainment and Skating Center features a sound and light show, video games, a full service snack bar, and spacious eating area.

Skating classes for beginners through advanced skills are offered, and special public skating sessions include a Saturday morning Tiny Tots Skate and Saturday Family Night Skate. Special events include Christian Nights, with inspirational music played during the session.

Birthday parties: The center offers a private party room for birthdays and special events. General parties in the public area are also available. All parties include admission, skate rental, popcorn, soda, Dairy Queen ice cream cake, party hats, balloons, party utensils, and invitations. Upgraded packages include food and party room time. Party reservations must be made in person by the Tuesday of the planned party weekend in order to ensure availability. Reservations are accepted Mon-Fri from 10am-4pm, and at any regularly scheduled public skating sessions.

The center also offers School Break Camps, houses a Pro Shop, and is home to Orlando Roller Hockey, a league program for children through adults. The learn to play roller hockey program lets kids try out the sport without the big investment. Children learn skating for hockey, stick/puck handling, rules, and more.
