Anchored by JCPenney and Macy's, Valley Fair Mall has over 120 specialty stores and eateries, and a theater. A CostCo sits on the south end of the mall's parking lot.

The mall has a children's play area, allowing weary moms and dads an opportunity to sit and rest while the kids burn off some energy.

The movie theater, Cinemark Valley Fair 9, is a discount movie theater, offering second run movies (movies that have already spent some time in other theaters, but haven't hit the video stores yet.)
