about Villa Academy:

Villa Academy, a Catholic school serving preschool through grade eight, uses a "whole-child" educational approach that is characterized by rigorous academics, small classes, a supportive community, and a culture of community service. The school has an active student-life program that includes several musical groups, community service, and after-school clubs (math, chess, writing, and others).

An extended-day program is available for K-eight students and the school offers a variety of sports, including soccer, track & field, basketball, volleyball, and tennis.

Uniforms are required. Financial aid is available.

getting there:

From I-5: Exit NE 45th Street. Travel east on NE 45th and, after 1 mile (as you pass the UW on your right), 45th turns into a one-lane, downhill ramp, which intersects Montlake Boulevard E. Turn left onto Montlake/NE 45th Street (you will see signs for "Children's Hospital"). Proceed east on Montlake/NE 45th Street. After 2 lights, NE 45th Street breaks off from the main flow of traffic. Do not break away from the main road, but curve to the left onto Sand Point Way. Continue on Sand Point Way past Children's Hospital on your right. Immediately after Children's Hospital, turn right onto NE 50th. The Villa Academy entrance will be on your right at the top of the hill (at the intersection of NE 50th Street and 50th Avenue NE).
