Villa Angela in Cleveland, OH 44119

Named for the young women's boarding school that occupied this stretch of Lake Erie shoreline until 1990, Villa Angela is one of the six parks that comprises the Cleveland Lakefront State Park system. Villa Angela offers summertime fun, thanks to its 900-foot beach, beachhouse, and fishing pier. Year round, a boardwalk trail and a paved fitness path are enjoyed by bicyclists, walkers, runners and in-line skaters. The path winds through Villa Angela, connecting it with Euclid Beach on the west and with Wildwood on the east.
