Villa di Maria Montessori School is a member of Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and was founded in 1967. It is a
non-for-profit, non-denominational Montessori school offering programs for children ages three to 12.
The school maintains an open enrollment policy; no admissions testing is required, but preference is given to children in families who commit to the Montessori program.
Villa di Maria offers a
summer camp called
Camp Pegnita, with programs for kids ages three to 15. Activities include swimming lessons, archery, arts and crafts, cooking, sports and games, and campfire sing-alongs. A counselor-in-training program is also available.
