Vine American Party Store stocks a huge range of party favors and pinatas, including the candy with which to stuff them. An entire room contains different colors and patterns of matching table cloths, plates, cups, utensils, and napkins.

There are racks of balloons, in a variety of shapes and sizes, with names and personalized messages available. The store will deliver helium balloons for about $1 a balloon, or sell you a kit with helium tank and 50 balloons, for about $30.

Be sure to go upstairs and see Vine American's rooms of theme decorations, too. Mermaid statues, grass skirts and leis, chinese lanterns and parasols; the list goes on and on.
