Wasatch Kids Summer Camp456

This is my twin five year olds first year, and I must say they are having a blast. This is an amazing summer camp with so many activities, and the most important thing is the camp counselors loving spirit!!! My boys are so well taken care of by the staff, and the folks that are hired really do care for and treat my boys with so much attention, and I feel like the counselors really care about these kids. I go and pick up my boys and watch the counselors giving piggy back rides, playing soccer, fully engaged, which is so rare now-a days.... I love love love Wasatch Kids Summer Camp, my only regret is not being able to sign up for the whole summer as the weeks filled up so fast...

As the director of Wasatch Kids Camps I would like to apologize to brtn2010 for the bad experience his/her son had. We were not made aware of any problems similar to those described. As with any summer camp, at times campers have problems with one another. We train our staff to actively listen to and solve problems between campers and make sure that everyone feels included. As for the chaotic, dirty site, we are no longer using the private school that we used last summer. It was an older building and we have changed our drop-off locations this year to provide a more professional, calm experience for parents and campers. We understand that not all children are going to have the same experience at our camp. We do ask that your child try our camp for 2 full weeks (in order to get the full experience), but if any family is unhappy with our camp, we do not hold them to any financial commitments made to us. Our camp is made for very active children and we do LOTS of field trips- which most kids love- but it isn't for everyone. We truly believe we offer the best summer camp in the state and scores of happy parents and children would agree! Check out our website and activities and judge for yourself. Our 11-year old son had a very negative experience with Wasatch Kids. He said there were numerous older kids who picked on him, and the camp counselors were indifferent when he sought their help. The Murray drop-off point seemed chaotic and dirty when I took him in. He refused to go back after the first week, and we ended up eating our second prepaid week. Better options in the valley are available, including the U of U camps.

This will be my son's 4th Summer with Wasatch Kids and we LOVE it!! We have already started the countdown to Summer. They keep the kids busy and safe with great activities. My son always loves his counselors and has made great friends. Don't know what I would do without them.

Wasatch Kids Camp is awesome! My son spent his days with them last summer. He loved it and we (parents) did too. It is very well organized, fun and safe. Everyone is great to work with and the counselors are excellent. My 7-year old will be going again this summer and his younger siblings will also attend for a few weeks. Just a few days ago my son said, "Camp was like going on vacation every day!"

My grandkids go to this summer camp and love it. They offer lots of outdoor activities and the pick-up and drop-off locations are convenient. They definitely keep the children busy.
