The Westside Community Center is part of the Westside Community Complex, which includes two basketball courts, a playground, a picnic area, a soccer field, a baseball field, and a walking trail.

The Before School Program is available Mon-Fri, 7am-beginning of school. Transportation to Armijo Elementary, Kit Carson Elementary, Atrisco Elementary, and Ernie Pyle Middle School is available.

The Afterschool Program is offered Mon-Fri after school-6pm. Transportation from the above mentioned schools is available.

Parky's Pals (ages three to five) is available Mon-Thu, 10am-12:30pm. The program includes arts and crafts, physical activities, music, dancing and a variety of field trips.

Other classes at the center include High Spirit Dance class (505.243.6014), New Mexico Cheer (ages five and up, call 505.266.5085), the Fresh N' Uff Performing Group, guitar lessons, youth sports, and more.

All Bernalillo County community centers and several elementary schools offer Summer Recreation Programs for children ages six to 12. The programs generally run from 9am-3pm. Some community centers also offer Winter Break, Spring Break and extended hour programs. Contact Westside directly for fee schedules and registration information.

All Bernalillo County programs are free for children who qualify for free or reduced lunch.
