Wet 'n' Wild is an outdoor water park that just so happens to be Arizona's largest theme park. A highlight of the park is the Maximum Velocity ride, the world's first gravity-defying dueling Master Blaster water coaster. The park also offers more than 30 other slides and attractions.
While many of the big thrill rides are limited to people who are at least 48 inches tall, there are several rides for those who are at least 42 inches tall, and a few - including a splash playground - that are geared toward all ages.
Birthday party packages include discounted admission to the park, all-day reserved tables in the Birthday Party Pavilion, table coverings, balloon table decorations, and an all-you-can-eat lunch. Check the website for details and prices.
Dive-in Movies run on Friday evenings from mid July through the end of August, and are free with park admission. Movie ratings vary, so check the website before heading out to make sure the movie is appropriate for your family.
