Whitney Library features three weekly storytimes for young children: Preschool Storytime takes place on Wednesdays at 2pm, Drop-in Storytime for babies through children age five is held Fridays at 10:30am, and Toddler Storytime for babies through children age three is held Tuesdays at 10am. These events are free but may require registration - call library for details.
The library also hosts numerous seasonal events, dance performances, films, and family shows throughout the year - check the website for schedules.
On weekdays between 3pm and 10pm, volunteers are available for homework help; access is via the website, and students need their library card number and PIN access code to get assistance.
