Williamson Bros is one of the best barbecue places in the metro area, and it offers some of the widest menu selections as well. If the family wants more than pulled pork out of a 'cue joint, this is a safe bet. Chicken, ribs, and sausage are on the menu, in addition to Brunswick stew, burgers, hot dogs, and plenty of good to greasy sides. The Children's Menu, for kids 10 and under, offers any regular sandwich or hot dog (except club), any side order, and any drink for $3.49. Be forewarned, this can be a pretty smoky place due to the cooking methods. But the atmosphere is cozy and casual and it's plenty loud enough to cover noisy kid sounds. Williamson Bros also caters, and can do a mean party spread.
