Willow Grove Day Camp, open from the end of June until mid-August, provides a well-rounded summer program for children ages three to 14. Activities include computer science, swimming, boating, ceramics, arts and crafts, sports and gymnastics, puppetry, dance, nature, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and more. The Willows program at Willow Grove Day Camp, for kids ages three to four, offers a wealth of exciting camping experiences in a safe, loving atmosphere. Willow Grove Day Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association. Morning and full-day camp sessions, as well as extended hours, are available.
getting there:
From Center City and Northern suburbs: Take the Schuylkill/Roosevelt Expressway to Old York Road (Route 611) north. Several miles past Jenkintown, cross an intersection for Route 63 and proceed to the traffic light at Davisville Road, immediately before the railroad tracks and the Willow Grove Train Station. Turn right onto Davisville Road. Cross the first traffic light (Terwood Road); continue a short distance (4/10 mile) and cross a small bridge. The camp is located on the left.
