Wilson Farm Park, a sprawling public park, opened in 2004 with two basketball courts, several general purpose fields, a softball field, two baseball diamonds, and two sand volleyball courts. A stroller-friendly, paved walking path runs throughout the park. Most of the park is open and grassy, offering little shade coverage. Some relief is available beneath a lovely covered picnic pavilion near the Park's entrance that houses restrooms, picnic tables, and drinking fountains. Wilson Farm Park also offers three playgrounds. The playground near the picnic pavilion is perfect for the under five set, and features a climbing area, slides, and toddler swings. The Park is used for many youth athletic programs and public performances including the free Tredyffrin Township Summer Concert Series. Ample off-street parking is available in different areas along the edge of the fields.
