The Winter Park YMCA Family Center offers a variety of services for children and families, including a large fitness center, spacious childcare facility, and outdoor swimming pool. Classes are offered in aerobics, aquatics, basketball, baseball, gymnastics, and yoga. Family locker rooms are available, and the Y provides towels for use in the center. The Winter Park YMCA Family Center also offers summer and school holiday day camps, a large Student Center with big screen tv and pool tables, and participates in the Safe Start Survival Swimming lesson program for young children. A smoothie cafe also overlooks the gym for post-workout treats.
