About Wonderscope Children's Museum of Kansas City
The 2009 winner of our Parents' Picks Best Museum in Kansas City, Wonderscope is a hands-on children's museum with lots of fun, inter-disciplinary arts and sciences exhibits and programs for kids, their parents, and teachers. Birthday party packages and summer camps are also offered.
The museum is also home to the Repurpose, iMagine, Create (RMC) store. The room within the museum is open to anyone and contains bukoos of recycled and donated craft supplies such as toilet paper tubes, magnets, yarn, felt, plastic tubs, and more. Prices are intentionally low and start at a penny an item. Check the website to find out what household items you can donate.
Wonderscope merged with Children's Museum of Kansas City in 2008.

- Worth it IF it was $2, but not worth it otherwise. -$5 to $7 per child, & adults are NOT free.
