If you're into some real physical activity, and don't mind being pelted with paintballs, Xdrenalin Zone provides a playground for pre-teens and teenagers. The venue offers several courses from which to choose. Participants may bring their own equipment, or rent it masks, markers, safety equipment, compressed air, and paintballs. Different packages are available; call for pricing. Even though it's a real blast, be prepared to leave with some welts and bruising. And don't worrry, Mom, the "paint" washes out.
