The Art of Dr. Seuss


The Art of Dr. Seuss: A Retrospective and National Touring Exhibition features works from every facet of Theodore "Dr. Seuss" Geisel's varied career, including rare early art and poetry, advertising works, World War II editorial cartoons, magazine covers from the 1920s-1930's, his collection of unorthodox taxidermy, and never-before-seen works from his personal archives.

George Washington Carver


George Washington Carver follows Carver's entire life and career as scientist, conservationist, educator, and humanitarian. The exhibit brings together more than one hundred artifacts, animated and live videos, interactive displays, and a re-creation of the Jesup wagon, his mobile classroom.

Diego Rivera: The Cubist Portraits, 1913-1917


Diego Rivera: The Cubist Portraits, 1913-1917 is the first exhibition ever to focus exclusively on this aspect of Rivera's career. The exhibit features about 30 paintings and drawings, many on display in public for the first time. A corollary exhibit, Mexican Art at the Meadows, runs in the downstairs galleries and showcases lithographs by Rivera and other Mexican artists.
