| Fairs & Festivals 515435 | 16th Annual Minnesota Fringe FestivalCheck out one - or more! - of the 150 or so adventurous and off-beat shows comprising the largest non-juried performing arts festival in the country. Kid-friendly entertainment is generally presented in Kid's Fringe shows, though many general offerings are also okay for families (see schedule for content advisories; kids under age five are admitted only to Kid's Fringe shows). There's also a wide variety of shows for and/or by teens. Performances take place over 11 days at multiple venues; see the website for details. Ticket buyers must have a Fringe button. Note: Cash and check only are accepted at venue box offices, which open 30 minutes before showtime. Advance purchase is available online with a service fee.
