Sokol Fort Worth Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, parent-child classes, pre-school movement/gymnastics, competitive teams, and adult gymnastics.

Other activities include volleyball, archery, parents-day-out, sleepovers, day-care and day-camp field trips, and more.

Amazing Jake's is not your average pizza arcade. It's 95,000 square feet (on two floors) of food, laser tag, rock climbing, bumper cars, go karts, miniature golf, kiddie rides, and arcade games.

Purchase of Jake's Amazing Buffet is required for entry. It's all-you-can-eat and includes a wide variety of pizza, pasta, soup, salad, and dessert options. Families choose from several themed rooms in which to dine.

The buffet/admission price varies depending upon when you visit. Bargain time is Mon-Fri from 11am-3pm, when any adult can eat for $7.99. Any other time is $9.99 for adults, $5.99 for children (4-10). Kids ages three and under are free with a paid adult.

Rides and attractions are priced separately and have various height restrictions. Prices average $1.50-$2.50 for kiddie rides; $3.50 for bumper cars; $5.25 for two rock wall climbs; $5.25 for laser tag; and $5.25 for go-kart rides.

Birthdays are a blast at Jakes! The basic party package costs $9.99 per person (minimum eight guests; buffet purchase also required) and includes invitations, party hostess, 90 minutes at reserved tables, buffet, unlimited soft drinks, festive paper products and balloon bouquet, ten arcade tokens per guest, and 200 tickets for the birthday child to redeem at the prize counter. A variety of add-on options are available.

EveryBody Fits is a uniquely-designed facility providing one place to enroll kids in a diverse set of programs while also allowing parents to focus on their own fitness desires. Programs for the whole family include gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling, drill team and dance, taekwondo, fitness, art, acting, general sports skills, and music.

The facility serves as home to the NTA Taekwondo Center, Texas Dreams Gymnastics, Cathryn Sullivan's Acting for Film, and Coppell Sweethearts Dance & Drill Team.

Parents can keep in shape in the Loft Fitness Center while kids are in participating in their programs.

The Balcony Cafe is the on-site restaurant.

Periodic Parents Night Out functions allow parents to drop kids off in a fun, supervised environment. Space is limited, so reservations are strongly recommended.

Summer camps are offered for all venues so check the website for schedules.

Parties: Birthday parties are easy to set up and party givers can choose between gymnastics, sports skills, taekwondo, art, or dance themes. Call for availability and details.
