Studio Arts Dallas offers art classes for children ages two and up, including drawing, cartooning, scupture, and popular classes "just for boys" and "just for girls." Toddlers can also register for Mommy (or Daddy) and Me classes. Summer camps are available for kids and teens.

Children ages five and up can plan birthday parties with an artistic flair. Parents supply the cake and guests; the studio supplies an art project and an instructor.

Celebration Park is a super-sized space that includes soccer and baseball fields, restrooms and concession areas, a large multi-sport court, a playground and spray ground complex, horseshoe and washer courts, picnic areas, and hike and bike trail trails.

The "kidMania" playground and spray ground is geared for kids ages two to 12 years old. Open seasonally, the spray ground hours of operation are 12n-8pm daily - except Wednesdays, when it closes for routine maintenance.

Jumping Party is an inflatable play place for birthday parties and open jump time. Equipment includes bounce houses, obstacle courses, slides, tunnels, and mazes.

Party Packages start at $135 and include party goods, juice boxes, set up and clean up, and jump time. Pizza, balloons, goody bags, and themed decorations can be purchased as add-ons. Advance reservations are required for parties.

Socks are required for all jumpers. Customers are welcome to bring a cooler full of drinks, snacks, sack lunches, picnics, etc. Group discounts are available, and the play center can also be rented out for fundraisers.

The Frank Buck Zoo is a trek up the interstate, but a good day trip for anxious toddlers who need a change of scenery.

The zoo safari tour begins in South America with Chilean flamingos, Peruvian llamas, and more, while Australia's contributions include kangaroos. The African savannah's main attraction is the giraffe; visitors can participate in feeding the giraffe for a small donation at 10:30am daily.

Party deck rental starts at $125. Party times are limited to 10am, 12n, and 2pm.

Girls rule! That's the motto at Club Libby Lu, a pink paradise for girlie-girls. Stuffed doggies, kitty cats, and sequined clothing top the list of items for sale here. Kelly Clarkson tunes play very loud in the shop, but young divas don't seem to mind. VIPs (very important princesses) congregate at CLL for shopping, a makeover, updos, or ear piercing.

Birthday party options come in three different packages and include a "Libby Du" (that's CLL speak for a makeover), glittery lotion/potions, accessories, and a glam bag. Party-goers get to dress up in diva attire and transform into perfectly pink (as opposed to punk) rock stars. Book parties well in advance.

In addition to the zoo exhibits, facilities are available for birthday parties for kids ages four to 12 on Saturdays throughout the year. The party package includes a Wild Wonders animal presentation, all-day admission to Zoo for 30 participants, use of an Education Center room and wildlife games for two hours, a Zoo souvenir pencil topped by a Zoo animal stamp for each participant, and a Fort Worth Zoo carryall bag for the birthday child.
