ACAMP for AFC - All Children Are Many People; Arena for Christ - offers summer football conditioning and drills training for boys in eighth grade up through college. Sessions are for five weeks, four evenings per week at the Fort Bend Austin High School football field.

Kids can still get their kicks at The Sports House, a vast indoor sports center featuring batting cages, pitching mounds, training tunnels, and a volleyball/basketball court. Individuals or teams are welcome to stop in and play - or you can arrange lessons for your kids in baseball, softball, speed and agility, soccer, basketball, or volleyball.

Prices for lessons start at $40 for 30 minutes, $70 for one hour. Prices may vary for different instructors. Lesson packages are also available.

For toddlers and preschoolers ages 22 months to four years, SoccerTots is a great way to get active and have fun. Eight-week sessions, with one class per week, are $100.

Batting cages are available for both baseball and softball, with prices at $10 per 15-minute increment. Pitching mounds can be rented in 30-minute increments at $20 for 30 minutes, $30 for one hour.

The volleyball/basketball court can also be rented in 30-minute increments - the volleyball court or full basketball court is $35 for 30 minutes or $50 for one hour; the basketball half-court is $20 for 30 minutes or $35 for one hour.

The Sports House is also a great place for kids' birthday parties (for children ages six and up). The 1-1/2 hour party includes playtime in the full size gym for dodge ball, kick ball, soccer, basketball, or any other game you can think of. Kids also test their skills and speed in multiple relay races and games, and then hit the batting cages. Also included is a party room with full set-up and clean up, a party hostess, paper supplies (cups, plates, etc.), thank you cards, invitations, cake, and soft drinks.
