Briargrove House is an afterschool social skills and life skills program for children and teens on the autism spectrum. Those enrolled in the program learn how to interact with their peers, cook basic meals, wash their clothes, make their beds, and clean up after themselves, as well as how to attend to personal hygiene needs. The students also engage in age-appropriate peer-building activities.

The River Performing and Visual Arts Center is a non-profit organization serving children with special needs and their siblings. The center offers year-round classes in music, art, drama, and dance.

Summer camps are also available in week-long sessions.
