The AAF Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, a leading swimming and diving facility located in Pasadena's Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl, offers year round programming for families, from babies to seniors, regardless of ability to pay. The facility provides an ideal setting for aquatic fitness, housing two 50-meter pools, a 40,000 gallon warm water pool for teaching and physical therapy, and a fitness center for weight resistance and cardio training.

The InnerKids Foundation uses fun and relaxing methods to help school-aged children learn how to focus their attention. Sunday morning sessions sessions begin with a short sitting meditation period for all participants (but designed for children) and include a short discussion period. Children are engaged in mindfulness activities, adults have a longer sitting meditation period and parenting discussion with meditation teachers. At the end of the session, adults and children close the morning practice together. If there are teenagers who participate, they will have their own practice group during the sitting meditation period.
