Its services are structured around the belief that great leaps in learning can happen with one-on-one attention, and that strong writing skills are fundamental to future success.

With this in mind, 826NYC, the winner of our 2008 Parents' Picks quest to find the Best Tutoring or College Prep Class for Big Kids in New York City, provides drop-in tutoring, afterschool workshops, in-school tutoring, help for English language learners, and assistance with student publications.
