The Agora Cyber Charter School is a K12 Inc. Agora Cyber Charter School uses a curriculum developed by K12 Inc., and provides loaner desktop computers and printers, Internet reimbursement, and community support. Most coursework is completed online under the guidance of professional, certified teachers who work with students in real time, including interactive demonstrations and multimedia sessions.

PA Cyber is a full curriculum, full service school that offers high school diplomas that are equivalent to those of other public high schools.

PA Cyber serves a wide range of students including, home-schoolers, students who travel (such as performers or athletes), young mothers or fathers, college-bound students, credit-deficient students, and motivated, independent learners.

PA Cyber provides students with a computer in their home, where coursework is completed online under the guidance teachers who work with students in real time, including interactive demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and multimedia sessions. The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School was founded in 2004 as a cyber charter school. It is a free public school available to children in grades Kindergarten through 12 who reside anywhere within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

PALCS has a full service special education division with special ed teachers who work directly with parents, students, and other regular teachers. PALCS can provide in-home related services throughout the state to students with unique needs. A gifted education program is also available.

Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School combines a classical education with the latest computer and internet technology, tailoring the educational experience to the unique needs of the individual child. PALCS is a full curriculum, full service K-12 school that offers high school diplomas that are equivalent to those of other public high schools.

PALCS also offers a cyber performing and fine arts program as an adjunct, on-site component to the charter school. The Center for Performing and Fine Arts instructs nearly 100 students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, in theater, dance, music and fine arts. Classes are offered two days a week at the PALCS site in West Chester, Chester County. Students complete their cyber coursework at home on the alternate three days.
