ActiveKidz is a sports center for kids and their families, offering classes that focus on general sports skills, yoga, rhythmic activities, tumbling, judo, and teamwork. A KidzCore Exercise Program, a core strengthening class designed just for children, is also offered.

The basic muscle groups are introduced in each 30-minute class, and each session ends with a nutritional tip of the day.

The curriculum for older children is more advanced, focusing on muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility - and also introduces them to additional muscle groups.
