Y programs are extremely family-oriented. Kids and adults alike can learn to swim in the 25-yard indoor pool, dribble on the basketball half-court, take lessons in Shotokan karate, and more.

In addition to the various racquetball/wallyball, and squash courts, the center has a large gymnasium with six basketball hoops, and volleyball nets. The center also contains a dance room, a pottery lab and kiln, an arts and crafts room, a photography lab, three multi-purpose activity rooms, a kitchen, and a senior center/teen zone.
